What I ask of you



 will follow the lead of your intentions, as well as continually listening to your body through assessment methods such as Ayurvedic pulse assesment (tells state of nervous system and levels of blockage "ama" in tissues) observation of posture, fascial and visceral restrictions, TCM assessment, and so on.


Your statement of intention may be something like these. "I choose", "I want", "I wish for"... 

  • I choose to reconnect with my body. 

  • I need relief from stress and tension.

  • I support my body through challenging changes in my life. 

  • I choose to make sure my body heals correctly and smoothly after an injury or surgery. 

  • I wish I could relax my system/ I decide to learn/grow/live with greater ease."
